For ITR -
My current organization is Neoris, Spain. I am not a direct employee but work as contractor. The company does not deduct tax at source. It pays me in my NRE account in India.
what should be the tax treatment.

if there is no establisement in india & income earned outside india than such income not taxable in india

30-Jun-2011 , 06:58:04 amIf your residential status is a resident indian all the income which accrues or arises any where in the world is taxable. However if your residential status is Non Resident then the income which accrues and arises in india is subject to tax.
