SAGAR IN MY OPINION THERE IS NO LIMIT OF 3 YEARS FOR REGISTRATION AND GETTING EXEMPTION UNDER SECTION 12BB. FURTHER REGISTRATION UNDER SECTION 12 BB IS VOLUNTARY AND THERE IS NO COMPULSION BUT IT WILL GIVE U BENEFIT OF RELIEF FROM INCOME TAX.
