Please clear that if interest is due for late deposit of tds for relavant period in various category of challans,then what treatment will be done in revised return of tds for that period.

Yes, as commented below there is no need to revise the return just because of payment of interest on late payment of TDS. Just pay the Interest amount through challan, and there is no need to revise the return.
