Q. > Please Help: Non Resident Income
Dear All,
One of my client is Non Resident. He is earning salary income from foreign country. employer is transfering salary to indian bank account.
now my question is, "Is this salary is Income received in india or not?" is this income is taxable in india ?
Kindly advice...

In this case it seems to be transfer of salary from foreign country to India. If the salary is received in foreign country and then transferred in India it is not taxable .
