Q. > Please Help: Return filing u/s 148 of IT Act
As per notice u/s 148 for re-assessment case, we have to file a fresh ITR for AY'04-05. Is it compulsary to file ITR on same ITR form which was active for AY'04-05 or i can use latest form also?
