thats like asking to deposit money in bank without having a bank account... the answer is no. PAN is the main control figure for a ITR

No PAN is compulsory for filling I T return.

PAN no. is mandatory for filing ITR, But PAN Card in not, in case u have lost PAN Card, but have PAN No., return can be filed...but PAN no. is not there....then question of filing ITR does not arise.

Dear PAN No is mandatory for filling income tax return.
However as per your query, PAN CARD is not mandatory for filling the income tax return
