Q. > Please Help: Section 80C
Can an INDIVIDUAL take deduction u/s 80c in case of housing loan repayment, which is taken by INDIVIDUAL and repayment made by his HUF.

section 80C of the income tax act 1961 says that any payment made by an individual or HUF for purchase or construction of residential property, the income from which is chargeable to tax under head income from house property. such payment may be made towards repayment of loan.
so i guess you can avail the exemption for the same. i hope the above would resolve your query.
