there is compulsory signature in pan card are also same as Income Tax Return.

As per my information, no where in the IT Act it has been mentioned that the signature should be the same.But yes.....the assessee must be the same.

Now even i have got what u were trying to ask...No it is not mandatory that sign should be same as on PAN card but the person should be same...as might be ur PAN card was made long time back but since that time ur signatures have changed, so no need of same signature on ITR as are there on PAN Card.
