U don't need to worry
44AD is applicable for only that body whose total turnover doe's not exceed Rs.1 crore and tax audit is applicable only for them whose total turnover is more than Rs.1 crore, so if u r opting for presumptive taxation scheme u don't need to get your accounts audited and obviously no need to file any report.
