10-Jun-2011 , 12:46:33 amPlease elaborate the question.... If the Company is resident i.e. it has established place of business in India, then the rate of TDS will be 10% and that too in INR.

12-Jun-2011 , 01:02:01 amIf Company Is Registered in France i.e. foreign co. & there are not any permanent establishment in India than u Deducted TDS @ 10% As per DTAA with India & France. If they have not having PAN no. then TDS rate is 21.012%(20+2+3=21.012) i.e. 20% TDS + % Surcharge + 3% Cess.as per 206AA.
