No TDS on service tax if it is shown separately as per circular no. 1/2014 dated 13-1-2014. whether it applies to section 194J & I only and for all the provisions of TDS

17-Jan-2014 , 04:42:30 pmDear Vipin, In my opinion service tax is levied only on payments made under section 94J and I and no other section is covered on which ST is levied. Therefore, It covers almost all the payments.
