From 01/07/2012 penalty for late filing of TDS return is 200 per day...if TDS return of Quarter one and two is filed in March 2013..which penalty provision is applicable..?

Effective from 1st July 2012, any delay in furnishing the eTDS statement will result in a mandatory fees of Rs. 200 per day.
You should have to pay Rs. 200 per day

The total fees should not exceed the total amount of TDS made for the quarter
