TDS DEDUCTED @ 1% INSTEAD OF 2% IN THE IST QTR. OF 2013-14. TDSCPS HAS RAISED A DEMAND AG. LOWER DEDUCTION. WHAT TO DO, AS DEDUCTEE HAS FILED HIS INCOME TAX RETURN ALREADY FOR 2014-15 AY ? IF WE DEPOSIT TDS NOW, DEDUCTEE MAY NOT REIMBURSE THE TDS AMT.
