Q. > Please Help: applicability of service tax on construction of residential complex for society
if a contractor construct residential complex for member of co-operetive society for self use then who are libale to pay service tax??? there are any exemption of service tax for construction of residential complex for society for self residence to member of society.????

if Coooperative society transfer recidential unit to free of cost then service tax liablities not arise if charge any amount then service tax liablity arise on the same.

if co-operative society transfer unit without any cost then service tax liablity not arise otherwise service tax pplicable to society
