Q. > Please Help: Claim Of Inputs
Dear Sir, We have purchased one Microsoft office software on which we have paid input service tax. After that we have installed that software into the computer and sold the computer. When we have sold the computer we are liable to pay vat and we have paid it. We also give the computer on hire basis i.e. AMC contracts and thus we are liable to pay service tax on such contracts. So sir, my question is that whether we can adjust that input against our Service tax Liability. Looking forward for your quick response.
