Q. > Please Help: Input Credit of GTA Service
Can a Private Limited Company take Input Credit of Service Tax paid as GTA service receiver. The Company uses GTA Service to provide C&F agent service.

yes,input credit can be taken because co. is also providing service as C&F AGENT.
