18-Jan-2014 , 12:30:16 pmMy query was if period of 90 days is there for example, Return for H1(2013-14) was filed on 24th October,2013. As per the Service Tax provision return can be revised within 90 days i.e. return can be revised till 20th January,14. Now return was revised on 10th December,13. Can this be revised again on or before 20th January. Is there any provision/case law to support the same.

18-Jan-2014 , 12:35:26 pmYes you can file re-revised service tax return within 90 days of original return. There is no provision restricting of re-revision of revised service tax return other than time limit of original return.
