Q. > Please Help: Service Tax Returns
Hi all, One of my client has not filed any return since registration. He wants to avail VCES for regularising the service tax returns. The scheme is available for the period from 01/10/07 to 31/12/12. If we want to file the Service Tax Return for the period from October'12 to Mar'13, then, what procedure should be followed? Whether tax to be paid and return shall cover the period from Jan'13 to Mar'13 only?
