we are a car dealership company engaged in selling car and running service center we get a lot of inbput service and a lot of capital goods are purchased on which cenvat credit is available . we are both receiver and provider of service ,
i want to know the extent upto which we can claim input of excise and service tax

29-Jun-2012 , 07:05:51 pmIf u r a registered with CBEC then u can claim input credit of excise duty otherwise that will be a part of ur sale or purchase what the case may be. If u r receiving a service to provide service to ur customer, definitely u can claim the tax credit.
