Q. > Please Help: service tax
please guide on this issue:
One of our office client is providing event management services in which he take services from hotels, catering, amusement parks & auditoriums and billed these services to the client after adding some profit margin and he charge service tax at the same rate which he pay for the hotels, catering etc. services...so my question is whether he is charging ST correctly or Not. OR he should charge ST @12.36% uniformaly.
