Q. > Please Help: Articleship Transfer (urgent)
GooD morning sir/madam
What steps can article can take if his principle is not agree on transfer of articleship, even n 1st year , where there is no limitation on articleship according t icai rules,, ?

Dear Udit,
You can ask the reasons from your principal for not giving transfer to you. Further, if he is not having any reason for denying the same then you write a letter to the institute regarding the same, however, the same is not advisable.
