Just fill the form for transfer and submit it.

Already ban i.e. due to safe guard of employer and trainee relationship whole of the training period. This can be possible in specific conditions which are not in control/ required to give transfer only as a solution i.e. only possible in certain situations.
Better is this : to continue with one employer whole training if possible or take industrial training option for 18 month approx.- this really good for Article ship trainee

if you r first year student then you can directly send form 109 by signing your principle and you to the institute and if you are 2nd and 3rd year student then you need to first apply to institute for approval.
