I AM A CA FINALIST. I EARNED 2000 P.M AS STIPEN, IS TI BETTER TO A FILE A ITR FOR FUTURE BENEFIT . SHOULD I PREPARE BALANCESHEET OF MINE?

yes, you can file a ITR for your future benefit.
and you can prepare your balance sheet.

Stipend earned during the article ship period is not liable to tax, This is what we were told during our time. Though i haven't got any written material about the same
