No difference in legal terms. It depends on choice of members as to which nae they will adopt.

There is no difference between the both. . A ca firm can opt for any of the two as the name of there firm depending upon the availability of the same. .

07-Mar-2012 , 02:11:33 pmthere is no any difference becz ca's cant creat/incorporate a co. due to "Seprate leagal entity" concept which is fall on co. & as per our icai norms ca's are liable for their performence and as we know in case of co., Company is liable for their work not their membars, i hope this comment help u....
