agreed tuition fee of particular college is 5000....which is paid. and wen the student asking her transfer certificate to shift to another college of her final year ,the management demanding excess 10000 rupess..(since the college is not university,its a private junior college)..den the demanding of 10000 rupess is correct legally?....te discount of the actual fee z asking ..after agreed amt is paid.. please help me guys

29-Jan-2012 , 08:54:12 pmth tuition fee of a particular college is rupees 15000,the management gave a concession of 10000 rupees for merit student.. student wants a transfer certificate after completion of one year,to join in another college..(since he studies intermediate, and its a private junior college).. and the thing is the management is demanding concession amt.. according to me its not fair beacuse the agreement shows rupees 5000 which is paid..and at the end of the year why have to be pay again.. and i want yr sugession dat, is it correct leagally..? how can be problem solved.. thanks for yr response
