th tuition fee of a particular college is rupees 15000,the management gave a concession of 10000 rupees for merit student.. student wants a transfer certificate after completion of one year,to join in another college..(since he studies intermediate, and its a private junior college)..
and the thing is the management is demanding concession amt.. according to me its not fair beacuse the agreement shows rupees 5000 which is paid..and at the end of the year why have to be pay again..
and i want yr sugession dat, is it correct leagally..?
how can be problem solved.. thanks for yr response

Hi Ganesh, as replied in your previous query also, the problem prima facie looks like that management is wrong at demanding the excess fee and can not be considered right. Thought a lot will be made clear if you could go through the bye laws of the collage firstly. . And than consult a legal practisinor as he could guide in better way.

30-Jan-2012 , 01:50:35 pmFirst of all tell me whether u received this concession amount of Rs. 10000/- as scholarship for one year or whole course (2-3 year whatever). firstly you should check the laws of your institute, is there any clause that the given scholarship will be withdrawn if you leave the course in between. If there is not as such clause, you can get reward of Rs. 10000/- for the year only.
