Q. > Please Help: How to Enter In LLP with other Professionals
Hi,
I am a chartered accountant holding COP and is the partner in a Chartered Accountant firm. However now I want to also enter in the LLP with an IT Engineer who is Graduate engineer from Indian recognized unversity in LLP for project management consultancy services in which my role shall be to provide the project managent services with the view of finance and other partner shall look into technical issues related to IT.
Please guide me with referance to Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 and rules made there under.
over the issues wheather I can go in partnership with an Engineer and Can I be a partner in LLP.
