SIR I AM A GRADUATE AND A CA FINAL STUDENT AND WANTS TO DO CS AND MA . IAM IN A LAST YEAR OF ARTICLESHIP CAN I TAKE TWO ISTANCE COURSES DURING ARTICLESHIP AND DO I NEED TO TAKE PERMISSION FROM ICAI

As per my knowledge taking two additional courses with articleship is not permissible. How ever you can seek permission from ICAI by submitting form 112.

However, if you are willing to join the same, you are required to inform the institute. The regulation under which you are required to inform is mentioned in the Form 102.
