If you have passed both groups of IPCC simultaneously, it become compulsory to register for final alongwith articleship.

If u pass IPCC both groups simultaneously, it becomes mandatory as soon as you approach for articleship registration. However, in case of group passed one by one, u shud get urself registered after passing second group, though ICAI do not emphasize for it.
