Is there any difference between two words "Articles" and "Employees" then please tell me "what is this ?

Yes, there is difference.

Employee work for wages, but Articled assistant will work for getting his practical knowledge.

Yes, of course there is difference. The Artcle Assistant work for getting practical experience in the field of work with some amount of stipend but the employee work for wages.
