Q. > Please Help: transfer in 2nd year
Dear frns
my articleship start from the date of 24/04/2012. Now i want to tke transfer from my firm,becoz my principal behaviour is very bad,he does not allow me for coaching and many other reason and he told me that u can join another firm but i will not sign in form 109.during this period i have taken approx 4 months leave.according to my sir,he say that he will provide my total 4 and half month leave to icai.and as per icai i can take transfer.
Bcoz of this i m fully disturb so can any one help me in this matter??
