Q. > Please Help: Transfer of articleship
My name is taiyab khan and i am in ca final. I have taken transfer from my previous office on 30/06/2010 and sent 109 to institute.The same was not accepted by institute but i could not rejoin office. Now my articleship has been completed on paper on 22/11/2011 but my principal refuse to sign on 108(Completion certificate) form even after filing actual leave taken by me.
Please let me know that what form should be signed FORM 109 OR FROM 108. Please ask me its very urgent. thanks.

Dear taiyab, ur problem is critical, as u hv nt considered it at the time of rejection of 109, u must refer to new delhi office, by call @ 011-39893989/90... hope above will be approached by u quickly...
