Respected Sir,
I have a query that
A registered dealer (manufactures & flour mill) under gujarat vat act & cst act. can he purchase a machinery against C forms at concessional rate
2. secondary vat input credit on capital goods utilisation (eg Machine 450000+vat22500=472500) vat credit for first year is 22500/5=4500 is correct or not
