27-Aug-2013 , 04:07:47 pmno there is no need of stamp paper if you will make agreement with your employer on form 102 . straigth get it stamped from collectriate office that't it.\ but if u dont want to make agreement on 102 then purchase a stamp paper and make agreement over there .
