Q. conversion to Intermediate - i m PCC student and i did conversion through direct entry scheme to IPCC(intermediate) on 3rd Jan but till today 22nd jan, i dint got any email or letter from ICAI regarding my new registration number. What should i do? please reply....

Q. EPF - Assessee is a contractor and he hire other sub-contractor to perform his job. The assessee is covered in EPF but sub-contractors are NOT. My question is that - is the contractor responsible for the EPF of sub-contractor's labour. The contractor does not have any control over the labour of sub-contractor.

Q. REGARDING CA REGULATION - I have a query Please answer it
1.For example Mr. A , Mr B and M/s A & B is three chartered accountants firm. Mr A and Mr B is Partner in M/S A & B chartered accountant firm and practicing in his individual firm also, so please tell me the status of all three firm for the purpose of MEF and other PSU Audit and other Bank audit .
2. Mr. A is partner In M/S A&B Chartered accountant firm and also practicing in his individual name but he in not registered his
indiviual firm with ICAI, he can do so as per ICAI regulation

Q. ca final attempt - hai friends
i cleared ipcc in may 2012 and joined articleship on 15th oct 2012 ...due to some problems with my principal i took termination on 28-11-2012....
and for the balance period i will join at the new principal on 28-12-2012...
so when i will get my final attempt ? and in 103 form i have served for a period of 1 month 13 days....so when will my articleship is due to be completed............?

Q. new Articleship - Dear Sir
I want taking transfer during the first year of the articleship. But My principal refuses to sign, what can I do?
Can I get New Articleship in New Firm again ?.
I want new Airticleship not Transfer.
I have submmited form 103.but not paid fees Rs 2000.ICAI sent me notic only for fees.and told me by phon (mobile) that I am not registered for Articleship due to pending fees and I want to take articleship another firm.
But If I take articleship from back date (old date).
can previous Principle create problem ?
