Q. Company Registration - Whether I can register a private limited company by using the word "INDIA". What are the additional compliance for authorised capital, fees and documents for this matter. I found a guideline which is related to 2011 in which it is stated that 25 lakh min. capital should be require. But some CS practitioner are saying that you can register your company by min. 1 lakh capital without any additional compliance.

Q. Rectification of defects - recently on 01/02/2013 i had filed Form 23 For Registration of resolution for changing our registrar of from patiala to mohali S.C.O 150 phase-6. After this at the time of filing Form 18 instead of 150 i have type S.C.O 152. Now addressee shown S.C.O 152 when we pri-fill the any one form. if i fill the Form 67 using the SRN No. of form 18 or 23 then massage show Enter a valid SRN Number.So please advise me how to rectifies this mistake
