Q. DIN DPIN Synchronisation - Please advise on the following:
An individual has DPIN and is already a designated partner in an LLP. Now he wishes to incorporate a Private Company in which he also proposes to be a Director.
How can he apply for DIN when the new Form DIN1 requires a declaration to the effect that "the applicant has not been allotted a Director Identification Number (DIN) under section 266B of the Companies Act,1956 or a Designated Partner Identification Number (DPIN) under section 7 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008."
What is the way out?

Q. CARO,2003 Applicability - CARO is not applicable in case of Pvt. Company which is not having borrowing exceeding rs.25lacs from Bank or FIs. If pvt. company takes loan more than Rs.25 lacs from directors & firms having directors interest,then whether CARO is applicable? (Assume it satisfies all other Criterion of non-applicability)
