Q. Should we submit revised 2A and 2B in department incase of no change in return? - Recently, I received mismatch report in DVAT qtr 3 return for month of october where i wrongly entered a bill of november in october. I have corrected it by revising 2A and 2B for the respective month and it has not effected the return. So do I have to deposit the Revised 2A and 2B in Department along with return or should i leave it as it have no affect in return?

Q. DVAT 2A and 2B - Dear Experts, One my client has received Notice from Delhi VAT for mismatch in 2A and 2B Data.The Reason is that we have claimed Input but it is not shown correctly by the selling Dealer. We have told to our Selling Dealer about such notice and he has rectified the same in his login ID. Now Whether any Reply is still required to DVAT Office since the mismatch has corrected by revising Form 2A and 2B. Please reply if any one have practical grasp on the issue and who has dealt with the above issue.

VAT After Closing the Private limited company - My friend wants to close a private limites compaany and till date he has paid returns and now vat officer is asking to pay penallty returns and extra for the months for which returns are already filed. officer says that we have not filed returns correctly and he wil lput a case on us.. We are in loss of business and wants to close. So i ask the CA community here.. If we close the company now will it be a offence?? we have no loans to be paid to any banks?
