Q. CENVAT credit - My company sold finished goods to customer who is not registered with excise deptt. after 3 month he rejected our material.
My Question:
Weather we can reverse CENVAT?
Facts: 1) 100% material rejected.
2) Meaterial not Return.(Destroyed by costomer)
3) Debit not issued by Customer. (100% reverse entry)

Q. FDI in retail sector (ie. in a ecommerce compay in india) - Dear sir,
I am working in a company that wants to expand its business and want to start a new e commerce company which will start sale through online portal at amazon,flipkart etc.
such indian company can have foreign money from USA as USA investors are ready to invest $1,00,000 intially (at angel round) and $50000 will be invested more by an indian individual.
after success of business indian person will not invest more but The USA person will invest $5 lakh to $10lakh and more.
now whether as per FEMA and RBI law is it possible?
what should be the business model and whehter FDI policy permit it?

Q. TDS FIne query - HI Team,
I had an employee who worked in my organization from July 2009 to April 2011. His basic pay was 20,000 INR. I used to charge 2000 INR as TDS. But due to some personal reason I didnt pay the TDS.
Now as on 14th Nov 2015 if I have to pay the TDS then how much tax do I need to pay and what would be the amount.

Q. Which Roc Forms used for AR & FS - Sir, I have a pvt ltd co., incorporated 4.2.2014. So F.Y. start from 04.02.2014 to 31.3.15. Confusion about which ROC form i used for annual filling and F.S.
