Now in Annual return and Form 20B we need to give details of share , whether we need to give it as 100000/- (Date of Closure of Financial Year) or 3500000/- (Date of AGM) ?

Q. Defunct Compnies - Dear Sir,
We have a private limited comany, which got incorporated in FY 2008-09.
No Annual returns had been filed for eachyear since incorporation.

My question is
1. Whether the company can filed the annual returns now for all year annual returns since the incorporation.

2. What about the company status? Is this company called the defunct or Active Company.

3. What about the directors? Will the directors be disqualified or they will remain as directors in the company.

4. If the company can file the annual returns for all the year since incorporation, then what should be the due date? What are the provisions?

What are the provisions regarding above question?
